Click Generate new token (fine-grained)

Give it a name (e.g. "Repo Watch")

Select for scope: repo (all (public + your private ones) repositories or just
public)

Click Generate token and copy it

Copy it into the settings box above and click Save. Leave the box empty to
use the app without a token (60 requests/hour).
